Our Jack Frost Loyalty Card is our way of rewarding our customers for shopping with us. Membership is free
and allows you to collect points on qualifying purchases to spend in store.

Earning Points

Members receive 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Each loyalty point is worth 1p when redeemed against qualifying products in store.

Points are added to your loyalty account following an eligible purchase. Points cannot be exchanged or
redeemed for cash and have no cash value outside of the Jack Frost Loyalty Scheme.

Redeeming Your Points

Loyalty points can be saved and redeemed against qualifying products purchased in store at Jack Frost Pet
& Country Store.

There is no cash alternative for loyalty points and no change will be given for points redeemed.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against Christmas trees.

The maximum value of loyalty points that can be held on an account is £200. Once your points balance
reaches £200, you will need to redeem some of your points before you can continue accumulating further
points.

We therefore recommend that members regularly redeem their points rather than allowing their balance to
reach the £200 maximum.

From time to time, certain other products, services or promotions may be excluded from earning or
redeeming loyalty points. Any additional exclusions will be made clear where applicable.

Inactive Accounts & Expiry of Points

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 365 days will have their accumulated loyalty points
cleared.

An account is considered active when the loyalty card/account is used to earn or redeem points on a
qualifying purchase.

Once points have been cleared due to inactivity, they cannot be reinstated.

Your loyalty account can still be used after the points have been cleared, and you can begin collecting points
again on future qualifying purchases.

Returns & Refunds

If a purchase is returned or refunded, any loyalty points earned from that purchase may be deducted from
your loyalty account.

Where loyalty points were used towards a purchase that is subsequently returned, any refund or
reinstatement of points will be dealt with in accordance with our returns policy and the original method of
payment.

Special Offers & Loyalty Promotions

From time to time, we may offer loyalty members additional benefits such as bonus points, exclusive prices,
multibuy rewards or other promotional offers.

These offers may have their own conditions, including qualifying products, promotional periods, minimum
spends or maximum redemptions.

Errors & Misuse

We reserve the right to correct a loyalty account balance where points have been added, deducted or
redeemed incorrectly, including as a result of a till, system or administrative error.

We may suspend or close an account and remove points where we reasonably believe the loyalty scheme
has been misused, abused or used fraudulently.

Changes to the Loyalty Scheme

Jack Frost reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty scheme from time to time. This may include
changes to the way points are earned or redeemed, the value of points, qualifying or excluded products and
promotional benefits.

Where a significant change materially affects existing members or their accumulated points, we will aim to
provide reasonable notice where practicable.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue the loyalty scheme. Where practicable, reasonable
notice will be provided to allow members an opportunity to redeem existing points before the scheme ends.

Membership

The Jack Frost Loyalty Scheme is intended for the personal use of our customers.

Membership and loyalty points cannot be sold or exchanged.

Membership of our loyalty scheme does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive marketing
communications. Your marketing preferences are managed separately.

Your Information

Personal information associated with your loyalty account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy and applicable data protection law.

General

By joining or using the Jack Frost Loyalty Scheme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will apply to future use of
the loyalty scheme.
